CREATIVE CONTENT PRODUCER (ONE-YEAR CONTRACT)

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative content creator to work on a portfolio of trade events of international repute. This role calls for an all-rounder with initiative and drive along with a skill set that includes video producing/editing, photography, graphic design skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and plan out effective and engaging content ideas for aviation and defence-related topics;
  • Create well-organised content drafts in various publishing formats – text, infographics, videos, etc;
  • Undertake marketing collateral designs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines;
  • Conduct interviews, and produce content in written, image or video formats;
  • Proofread the material to be published;
  • Update website content;
  • Upload content on social media platforms, where required;
  • Other marketing & communications scope, where required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing and/or Communications, with at least 2-3 years in content creation roles, with a portfolio of already published digital content assets.
  • Knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
  • Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills.
  • Exceptional knowledge of digital publishing and generating leads.
  • Positive, problem-solving attitude, enthusiasm and Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task several creative projects.

ASSISTANT CONFERENCE MANAGER/CONFERENCE MANAGER (2-YEARS CONTRACT)

Job Responsibilities:

Require to organise and manage a conference from start to finish but not limiting to:

  • Project management including secretariat functions, speakers & delegates management, delegates recruitment, registration management, call for papers, database management;
  • Formulating conference strategy including process improvements to enhance conference planning;
  • Budget management;
  • Co-creating new and innovative ideas/features to provide a holistic experience for the trade attendees;
  • Coordinate and work with Marketing and Communications Teams to plan, develop, produce, and distribute marketing materials; devise and execute marketing strategies, so as to increase event attendance;
  • Coordinate and work with the Operations team to manage and oversee the logistics requirements among stakeholders, service providers, venue managers and trade attendees.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder. He/She should have at least 3 years of experience organising conferences with at least 1 year in a managerial position.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication skills with client-service orientation.
  • Possess good planning, organisational and multi-tasking skills.

MARKETING PLANNING MANAGER/MARKETING PLANNER/MARKETING MANAGER (TWO-YEARS CONTRACT)

This role is key in the marketing planning processes, goal setting and functional effectiveness for Experia’s aerospace and defence portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research, gather and analyse data to develop well-informed strategic marketing plans for our events in aerospace, defence and maritime industries;
  • Direct, or coordinate marketing activities with team of specialists and external agencies to achieve marketing objectives;
  • Generate original ideas, identify potential issues and devise ways to rectify them;
  • Ensure impact-level marketing measurement and reporting on marketing’s contribution to the business;
  • Benchmark and leverage best practices to optimise operations;
  • Drive, plan and manage partnership collaborations (both media and non-media) to amplify reach of event/s;
  • Plan, manage and track marketing budgets for each event in the portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B marketing operations and planning.
  • Experience providing impact-level marketing measurement and strategic insights on marketing s performance and contribution to the business.
  • Cross-functional experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Highly analytical, naturally curious, able to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to adapt to different audiences and maintain strong relationships across functions and teams.
  • Proactive, dependable, self-starter that can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Process improvement and results driven with strong organisational skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS INTERNSHIP ATTACHMENT

Internship period: February – August 2021 (may be adjusted if required)

Job Responsibilities will include, but are not necessarily limited to:

  • Creative Services:
    • Provide support for marketing creatives (advertisement & digital banners adaptations).
    • Provide support in event collaterals (e.g. banners, print materials and gifts).
  • Digital:
    • Provide support for social media platforms – creative development, content research and posts.
    • Support websites content updates and compile traffic report.
  • Media Partnerships/Communications
    • Ensure that all entitlements from partners are fulfilled (including tracking of ads on various publications).
    • Monitor fulfilment for Sponsors and Partners (including compiling sponsors and partners entitlements for Operations Department).
    • Monitor online mentions and media clippings.
  • Marketing Strategy/Research:
    • Support in the development and research of key target audience for visitor promotion.
    • Assist in the building and managing of database from various sources.
    • Compile data for analysis (mainly for various marketing campaigns).
  • Event Support/Others
    • Attend to registration enquiries (mainly enquiries via email and phone).
    • Assist in all marketing and communications related work as required.

Requirements:

  • Background in Marketing, Business or Communications preferred. Students and fresh grads are welcomed to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of Illustrator / Photoshop preferred.
  • An effective communicator, both written and oral.
  • A passion for marketing and/or communications.
  • Good organisational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.

PROJECT MANAGER/ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER (EXHIBITION & CONFERENCE) (2-YEARS CONTRACT)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, execute and oversee all aspects of an event;
  • Project budgeting; monitor it to ensure budget meet expectations;
  • Perform administrative functions, attend meetings and be the point-of-contact for both internal and external parties to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the project tasks;
  • Coordinate and work with the Operations team to manage and oversee the logistics requirements on-site among stakeholders, service providers, venue managers and attendees;
  • Work with Marketing and Communications team to give the event better visibility to better align with the overall event theme and focus;
  • Look at creative ways to deliver a high quality and memorable experience for attendees.

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma holder. He/ she should have at least 3 years of experience in the role as a PEO (Professional Exhibition Organiser) and/ or PCO (Professional Conference Organiser).
  • Experience in organising a virtual and/ or hybrid event.
  • Ability to articulate ideas across to internal and external stakeholders.

MANAGER FOR HOSPITALITY & PROTOCOL (PERMANENT POSITION)

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will oversee the planning and provision of hospitality for fly-in VIPs and dignitaries including air travel, hotel accommodation, and in-country transportation services.
  • You are to liaise closely with ministries, government agencies, statutory boards, embassies, and commercial vendors to ensure that the visiting dignitaries have a positive experience while attending official events in Singapore. You are also to ensure that the ministries and agencies are well supported with logistics and hospitality command post set up for them to carry out their tasks.
  • You have to be meticulous, forward looking, and have at least 5 years of managerial experience in both the public and private sectors. It would be a plus if you had knowledge in international relations and/or government protocol and hospitality.
  • You are to see to the logistic arrangement in support of fleet management of cars and ensure that LTA regulations are strictly followed. It would be an advantage if you have experience in traffic control and large-scale transport management with the Singapore Armed Forces or the Singapore Police Force.
  • You are also required to be the liaison with all Polytechnics to source for internship arrangement for all the departments within the company.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder.
  • Possess good writing, planning, organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication skills with client-service orientation.
  • Knowledge in accounting and finance procedures.

ASSISTANT MANAGER (EXHIBITION/CONFERENCE OPERATIONS) (ONE-YEAR CONTRACT)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide operations/logistics support for exhibitions, conferences and events organised/managed by the company;
  • Develop budgets and manage expenses to ensure monies are spent wisely and kept within allocated budget;
  • Develop and enhance crisis management and evacuation plans, including all crisis/evacuation related exercises, eg: Table Top Exercise, Ground Deployment exercise, and ensure timely implementation and delivery of these tasks;
  • Plan, execute and oversee security requirements for the event, eg: security deployment, submission of POA, coordinating with Singapore Police Force and other relevant parties;
  • Plan traffic circuit for events, execute and oversee traffic arrangements and deployment of traffic management officers and coordinating with relevant parties; eg: LTA, Traffic Police;
  • Manage service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder is preferred or at least a Diploma.
  • At least 3 years working experience in the exhibition industry, preferably in a similar position in an exhibition/event organiser or experience in security operations planning and crisis management.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess good planning, organisational and multi-tasking skills.
