Leck Chet Lam has been at the helm of Experia since March 2014. He brings with him deep knowledge of the aviation industry and vast experience spanning both the government and commercial sectors.

Kim oversees the corporate functions of finance, procurement, human resources, IT and data protection.

She has more than two decades of experience managing project budgets and operating costs for large-scale events such as Singapore Airshow, Asian Aerospace, Globaltronics, Ad Asia and the BEX series of events in Asia.

Prior to Experia, Kim was a Regional Financial Controller with Reed Exhibitions for eight years, and had previously accumulated three years of external audit experience with PwC.
